4. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required at enrollment. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedule, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. Significant changes will be communicated promptly, and alternatives or refunds will be offered if appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our programs are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, income, or professional results. You participate at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
