Refund Policy

At Digital Horizons Learning Academy, our programs are designed as immersive, cohort-based experiences that begin preparation immediately upon enrollment. Because of the personalized nature of our workshops and the allocation of instructional resources, our refund policy is structured to reflect this commitment.

1. Full Refund: 14 Days Before Program Start

If you cancel your enrollment **at least 14 days before the program start date**, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Partial Refund: 7–13 Days Before Start

Cancellations made **7 to 13 days before the program start date** are eligible for a 50% refund.

3. No Refund: Less Than 7 Days Before Start

Once a program is within **7 days of its start date**, no refunds are issued. This is because materials, instructor time, and cohort logistics have already been finalized.

4. Post-Start Cancellations

No refunds are provided once a program has begun. However, we may offer credit toward a future program at our discretion, based on participation and circumstances.

5. Program Changes or Cancellations by Us

If Digital Horizons Learning Academy cancels or significantly alters a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another offering.
